I’ve ordered from snusdirect a few times now, and to be fair, the snus has always shown up fresh, not dry, not old, no complaints there. But the shipping needs work. It’s annoying having to wait longer than you should, and that’s on them to sort out. The product is good, but they really need to get their delivery speed together.

I was a little cautious at first and kept an eye on the tracking, but it ended up arriving fast. No issues with the delivery on my end.

The prices were lower than most places I checked, and overall the value was good. It’s nothing fancy, just decent deals that feel worth it. That said, there was a small issue with the experience, and I expected at least a quick apology. Would’ve made it feel a lot better.
